Teen Advisory Board (TAB) members meet on a regular basis to provide guidance and support for enhancing library services for young adults in the community.

The TAB meets for one hour on the last Sunday of each month with a potential for more hours based on the types of projects the TAB decides to take on.
Minimum age: 13
Time Commitment: 1 hours per Month for 1 Years

The Ultimate Teen Toolkit - Feeling restless? Try a movement practice. Feeling sluggish or stressed? Meet yourself where you are by connecting with your breath. These videos are here to help manage stress, cultivate mental and emotional well-being, and learn tools for nourishing your whole self, from the inside out.
"Heads Up" and "Talk It Out" are weekly virtual concurrent groups. Heads Up is for teens between the ages of 14-17 who are working through emotional, mental health or substance use challenges. Talk It Out provides support, education and resources for their parents and guardians. Groups will feature guest speakers and participants are welcome to drop in any time, weekly attendance is not required. These confidential sessions will be held via Zoom for Telehealth.
